Al has a background as a former semi-pro football player. After meeting many stunt performers on set as an actor, he began training with them. After being noticed for his physical skills and tough abilities, Al began booking various stunt gigs and expanded his stunt training. He is also an award winning actor and can handle dialogue while performing stunts on camera.
